About the role
Provide patient care in outpatient settings under the supervision of a registered nurse. Perform basic nursing tasks including but not limited to: assisting with patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing health education.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care activities
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Administer medications as directed
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide basic health education
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Valid driver’s license
- Passing score on a background check
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
