This is a full-time, night-shift position (7p-7a) with a 36-hour workweek.

New Welcome Bonus: $3,000.00

Responsibilities

• Coordinate holistic care by reviewing healthcare services and medications for a dedicated group of individuals.
• Act as a clinical mentor, providing guidance and training to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety.
• Advocate for individuals by collaborating with physicians and families to ensure the highest quality of life.
• Build long-term relationships with those you support, celebrating milestones and assisting through challenges.
• Travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska.
• Degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN).
• At least one year of general nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds and remain physically active (walking, standing).
