About the role
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Adheres to organizational standards, mission, and values.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring telemetry
- Caring for pacemakers and post-angio patients
- Managing medication drips
- Supporting cardiac-related procedures such as drug loading, pre-CABG, TAVR, and stent placements
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with an active LPN license
- Certifications required: LPN-IV and BLS
- Open to both new and seasoned LPNs
Skills
- Clinical proficiency in telemetry monitoring, cardiology care, and medication management
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
