Licensed Practical Nurse - Med/Surg

Qualifications

• Current, appropriate state LPN license.
• Computer skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication.
• Preferred: One year of relevant experience.
• Certifications: NC‑approved curricula for restrictive interventions and CPI certification within three months of hire, as applicable.
