Responsibilities

  • Works with the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Medical Director to provide comprehensive, on- and off-site clinical services to members enrolled in the MAT program.
  • Provides medical and support services, including injections, lab coordination, pharmacy coordination, teaching wellness classes, taking vitals, and coordinating with psychiatric and medical providers.
  • Responsible for strategic planning, resource management, and process improvement across service groupings.
  • Oversees the implementation of active treatment and nursing care for patients.
  • Manages staffing levels, establishes cost control programs, and implements new programs/services.
  • Establishes quality measures and standards for continuous quality improvement.
  • Develops, maintains, and communicates departmental policies, procedures, and practices.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Prior clinic experience preferred, with a minimum of one (1) year.
  • Maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
  • Able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Skills

While not exhaustive, the following skills are desirable:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment protocols.
  • Experience with patient care documentation and record-keeping.
