Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions safely and accurately.
- Absorb and implement resident care plans.
- Provide care for residents with chronic pulmonary conditions and tracheostomies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Supervise and delegate tasks appropriately to nursing assistants and support staff.
- Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
- Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma or Practical Nursing Program).
- Current Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- American Heart Association (AHA) CPR Certification.
- Less than one year of experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Full-time w/Weekend Commitment - Night shift - 7:00pm-7:30am
