Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Weekends: 3rd Shift

About the role

The Community Crisis Stabilization program in Upton serves up to 6 people at any given time. Riverside Community Care has exciting relief opportunities available to join our growing and highly regarded stable organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist the nurse manager with filling physician orders
• Administer medications
• Monitor vital signs
• Provide guidance, education, supervision and direct supports to allow consumers to maintain their physical and emotional health, live safely in the community and develop the skills necessary to return to independent living
• Occasional visits to people served, in home, to assess their needs

Requirements

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills required
• Basic computer fluency (Microsoft Office) required
• Driver's license required
• Must be able to lift ten pounds

• Minimum of one year experience in the mental health field required

Pay

$39.07/hourly (this figure includes our $3 Overnight Differential!) Weekends (11pm Friday - 7am Monday) - additional $12/hourly

Schedule

Part Time - 16 hours Saturday and Sunday, 3rd Shift (11pm to 7am)
