Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Weekend Warrior

Responsibilities

• Aid in care planning and treatments for residents under RN supervision.
• Consult with other nursing staff as necessary to apply knowledge and resources.
• Review resident medical records to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Document care provided and report changes in resident status to shift supervisor.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and expand responsibilities to maintain competency.
• Set and implement goals and policies aligned with FutureCare’s nursing facility philosophy.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of Maryland.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term health care facility is a plus.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to assist.
• Current CPR license required.
