Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a comforting and engaging atmosphere.
- Lead and collaborate with the care team to exceed resident needs through coordinated, comprehensive care.
- Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in condition.

Requirements
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Pay
$29–$32 per hour.
Schedule
Weekend option available; evening shifts offered.
