Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid LPN license in the state of Kentucky.

About the Role

As an LPN, you are an essential member of a facility’s medical team, assisting RNs and physicians in ensuring patient comfort and recovery. Typical responsibilities may include:

• Charting and recording medication administration and treatments.
• Observing patients and reporting changes in condition.
• Performing procedures such as recording vital signs, measuring weight and height, and running diagnostic tests.
• Providing comfort and reassurance to apprehensive patients.
