About the Role
The Terrace at Eddy Memorial in Troy, NY is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living Care team on the night shift.
The Terrace at Eddy Memorial provides enriched housing and assisted living to seniors who value amenity-rich living but need extra help with everyday tasks such as household chores, bathing, dressing, and medication management. Our campus of private studio and one-bedroom apartments allows seniors to maintain independence while receiving warm, personalized care tailored to individual needs.
Schedule
- 24 hours per week (3 shifts)
- 11pm–7am
- Rotating every other weekend
- Generous shift differential on top of base rate for all night shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of the Nursing Director
- Oversee a team of resident assistants
- Delegate select responsibilities to ensure the highest level of resident care and aide
- Demonstrate SPHP's Standards of Behavior and Core Values
Requirements
- Valid NYS LPN license
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as an LPN (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)
- 1+ year working in a skilled nursing facility (preferred)
- Ability to maintain high customer service standards while completing daily duties
- Effective communication in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to engage within a team setting
- Passion for learning, growth, and development in the nursing field

Pay
Pay Range: $24.00 – $30.10 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary based on location.
