Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor

About the role

Complete Care at Monmouth offers a supportive, family-like environment for residents and a collaborative setting for staff. The position is open to committed, confident leaders with at least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift
• Monitor the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents, and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience (not required)

$5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions, $2,500 sign-on bonus for part-time positions

Schedule

Full-time on 3-11p or 11-7a positions available, including every other weekend
