About the Role
Working as an essential part of the care team, Licensed Practical Nurses provide compassionate care to residents and rehab patients while ensuring a safe work environment for all.
Responsibilities
- Assess and document resident needs
- Administer medications and treatments
- Provide personal care and hygiene support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
Requirements
- Current Connecticut LPN license required
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
