Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Sign On Bonus)

About the role

We are currently seeking a Full-Time LPN who is passionate about providing exceptional care and building meaningful connections with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and compassionately
• Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support individualized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and create a warm, supportive environment

Requirements

• Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Passion for senior care and improving quality of life for others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care

Pay

$20 per hour for Full-Time LPNs.

Schedule

• Shifts Available: 7AM-3PM | 3PM-11PM | 11PM-7AM

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
