Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - SIGN ON BONUS

About the role

Care Options for Kids is dedicated to providing pediatric home health nursing services where LPNs can offer focused, one-on-one care in the comfort of a child's home. This role involves supporting patients with skilled nursing needs under the supervision of a registered nurse and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
• Support patients with a variety of skilled nursing needs
• Deliver care with confidence and consistency

Requirements

• Valid Delaware LPN License or Multistate License
• Physical within one year
• PPD or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Qualifications

Experience with pediatric patients is preferred but not required. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
