About the role
Join a compassionate team providing specialized care for individuals with substance use disorders, including Opioid and Stimulant Use Disorder, and Intensive Residential Treatment Services. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will utilize nursing skills to deliver safe, preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care, ensuring positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administering medication accurately
- Maintaining communication among patients and staff
- Managing client admissions
- Performing narcotics counts
- Completing prior authorizations
- Conducting MAR audits
- Coordinating care with the healthcare team
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid LPN licensure in MN
- Understanding of MN statutes related to patient care
- CPR/First Aid certification (or within 30 days of employment)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with EHR systems (preferred)
