- An active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Prior experience in pulmonary care within a skilled nursing or healthcare environment (preferred)
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking for managing respiratory conditions
- Excellent patient education abilities
- The ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to delivering respiratory care
- A dedication to exceptional respiratory care
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
