About the Role
Garden Villas of O’Fallon is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our beautiful independent and assisted living community. This individual will assist the Assisted Living Director of Nursing (DON) by ensuring quality care for residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents
- Create and manage care plans
- Assess resident needs
- Communicate with physicians, family members, and residents
- Supervise care staff as needed
- Rotate on the on-call schedule
Requirements
- Licensed as an LPN in the State of Missouri
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience or interest in geriatric medicine
- Prior long-term care experience is a plus
- Familiarity with MatrixCare is preferred
