Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN shifts only!

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. The Licensed Practical Nurse performs various customer care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans
• Perform customer care activities and related nonprofessional services
• Ensure the needs and comfort of customers are met

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing
• Current license by the State Board of Nursing
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing preferred
