Position Summary | Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) As an LPN at Springdale Health and Rehabilitation, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to our residents while working alongside RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other members of our interdisciplinary care team. Qualifications Current and valid LPN licenseStrong clinical and medication administration skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamCompassionate, resident-focused approach to careBLS/CPR certification required Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as orderedMonitor, document, and report changes in residents’ conditionsProvide direct nursing care and assist residents as neededCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized plans of careMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationProvide education and support to residents and their familiesFollow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards Why Springdale?
