About the role
Elm Crest Senior Living Community is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support resident care within our community. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
- Conduct resident assessments and contribute to care planning and evaluations
- Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individual care plans
- Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop personalized care plans
Requirements
- Active LPN license required
- Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- New graduates are welcome
- Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and ability to multitask and prioritize
- Able to understand, read, write, and speak English

Pay
$25.00–$31.33/hour + credit for experience + $3.25 PM and $3.50 NOC shift differential + holiday and on-call pay
Schedule
PRN position with shifts available 2:00pm–10:00pm, 10:00pm–6:00am, and 6:00am–2:00pm
Qualifications
- Active LPN license required
