PRN – on call as needed for overflow and PTO coverage. Assigned to Hamilton and Marion Counties.

Pay

Attractive hourly rate ranging from $24.75 to $33.00, varying by location, knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify plan of care with the RN prior to each visit.
• Collaborate frequently with physician and RN to ensure patient needs are met; notify them promptly when patient condition changes.
• Teach patients and caregivers self‑care techniques.
• Check vital signs.
• Review all medications and perform medication reconciliation at each visit.
• Perform specialized procedures ordered by physician (e.g., Foley catheter change).
• Prepare equipment and materials for treatments using aseptic technique.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of clinical LPN experience.
• Current LPN license for the state(s) of assignment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
