Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Private Duty Nursing

About the role

Traditional Home Health Care's Pediatric Division is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in home and school environments. This role involves flexible scheduling with weekday and weekend shifts available, full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• One-to-one patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Schedule

• Weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules available
• Morning, evening or overnight shifts
• 8's, 10's, or 12's (full shift work)
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
• No weekend or minimum requirements
• Immediate need in Bloomsburg, PA: Monday-Friday flexible shifts, Saturday & Sunday flexible shifts
• Locations served: Columbia County

Pay

• $28-$32 per hour
• Weekly pay with direct deposit
