We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County. BAYADA Home Health Care provides care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. This role offers the opportunity to explore your interests and put your skills to work in a private-duty nursing setting.

Private duty nursing at BAYADA differs from traditional home health visits in several ways:

• Traditional shifts (4, 8, 10, or 12 hours)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state
• CPR certified

Pay

Pay range: $32–$35 per hour based on qualifications.

Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem).
