Pay starts at $34 per hour (based on experience) plus an additional $2 PM shift differential and an additional 10% weekend differential for all weekend shift hours.

Requirements
- LPN License in good standing in Illinois
- Long-term care experience (preferred)
- Caring and compassionate nature
- Strong computer skills
Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing assessments and observations of the residents
- Dispense and record all medications accurately
- Carry out all physicians orders accurately
- Ensure that care delivered by CNAs and nurses is appropriate
