About the role
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) passionate about enriching the lives of geriatric care residents. Ideal candidates will thrive in caring for others and challenging themselves in delivering top-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing assessments and observations of the residents
- Dispensing and recording of all medications accurately
- Carrying out all physicians' orders accurately
- Ensures that the care of the residents from CNA's and nurses is delivered appropriately
Requirements
- LPN License in good standing in Illinois
- Long-term Care experience (preferred)
- Caring and compassionate nature
- Possess strong computer skills

Pay
- $34 per hour (Pay is based on previous experience)
- $2 PM/Night shifts differential
- 10% weekend pay differential for all shifts
Schedule
- Full-time role (1.1FTE) - 12 hours
- 12 hours - Overnight shifts (6pm - 6am)
- Full-time role (1.1FTE) - 12 hours
- 12 hours - Day shifts (6am - 6pm)
- Full-time role (0.8FTE) - 8 hours
- 8 hours - Mid-shift (11:30am - 7:30pm)
- Part-Time role (0.6FTE) - 8 hours
- 8 hours - PM shift (2:30pm - 10:30pm)
- Part-Time role (0.6FTE) - 8 hours
- 8 hours - Night shift (10:30pm - 6:30am)
- (Admission Nurse) Part-Time role (0.6FTE) - 8 hours
