Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Overnight Bonus

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric and adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team. Private duty nursing offers traditional shift types, hands‑on care with one client, the opportunity to build client relationships and watch their milestones, and serves clients ranging from infants to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
• Caring for patients one‑on‑one

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing
• CPR certified

Pay

Pay range $32‑$35 per hour based on qualifications, plus a $2,000 bonus for working 2 overnights per week and 120 independent hours.
