Responsibilities may include: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with applicable requirementsMonitor vital signs and report changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare teamProvide compassionate one-on-one patient careSupport clients with their individual care needsComplete required documentation and communicate important updates to the care teamFollow the client’s care plan and applicable policies, procedures, and regulations Schedule Overnight opportunities are available.
