Job Summary

AdvisaCare is hiring experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to provide care to clients in the Brant and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates are dynamic, energetic, organized, and efficient professionals with experience in all aspects of home care.

About the Role

Come nurse like a human again. No call lights. No mad dashes down hallways. No juggling 6 patients at once. Just you and one patient. Home care visits and shift work. Real conversations. Real connections. Care the way it’s supposed to be – 1 on 1.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to clients in their homes
• Assess client needs and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document client progress and communicate with healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Proven nursing experience
• Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
• Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Compassionate with good communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Ontario
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
