Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN (Night Shift 6PM- AM)

Hickory Creek Crawfordsville is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for a full-time and part-time night shift position. This role offers consistent scheduling, a supportive clinical team, and the opportunity to provide meaningful, relationship-based care in a skilled nursing environment.

Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.

• Able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
