Pay

New competitive rates up to $38/hour with differentials offered. Up to a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Admissions, discharge, and transfers of residents
  • Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
  • Medication administration
  • Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies
  • Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
  • Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
  • Working under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, facility policies and procedures, and nursing judgment
  • Delivering nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care
  • Collecting patient/resident data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident
  • Implementing the patient/resident plan of care and evaluating the patient/resident response according to state-specific regulations
  • Directing and supervising care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations, in accordance with state-specific regulations
  • Maintaining knowledge of necessary documentation requirements
  • Maintaining knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance, and use (e.g., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices)
  • Maintaining confidentiality and patient/resident rights regarding all patient/resident/personnel information

Requirements

  • LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
  • CPR Certification required
  • Two years prior nursing experience preferred
