JOB SUMMARY

Is continuously responsible for providing professional nursing service (according to qualification and training) and non-professional services as directed; is directly responsible for performing patient care functions according to established standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a course for LPN. Licensed.
• CPR update.
• Work Experience: Desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: IV Therapy course desirable.
