Oversee clinical operations in a specialty practice, focusing on Orthopedics or Sports Medicine. Collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow and scheduling
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Ensure compliance with internal protocols and standards

Requirements

• Experience in a specialty practice, preferably in Orthopedics or Sports Medicine, with a surgical or orthopedic background
• EPIC experience is preferred
• Complete a 5-hour training session and a 15-minute HIPAA module
• RTO must be listed on the submission cover form
