Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN Internal Medicine
Description
Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking an LPN to join their Internal Medicine Team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a commitment to providing patient-centered care through evidence-based practices, empathy, and collaboration.
What You Will Do
- Contributes to the quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques
- Communicates effectively with colleagues, patients, and family members
- Educates patients and family members about their care
- Uses computer-based applications such as E-MAR, clinical documentation, email, and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates problem-solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication skills through teamwork
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Certified Current Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Recent clinical experience is preferred
- CPR certification required
