Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN Internal Medicine

Description

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking an LPN to join their Internal Medicine Team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a commitment to providing patient-centered care through evidence-based practices, empathy, and collaboration.

What You Will Do

• Contributes to the quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques
• Communicates effectively with colleagues, patients, and family members
• Educates patients and family members about their care
• Uses computer-based applications such as E-MAR, clinical documentation, email, and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrates problem-solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication skills through teamwork

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Recent clinical experience is desired
• Certified in CPR
