Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- I/II/III

About the role

Wildflower Court, a Long-Term Care facility in Juneau, Alaska, seeks dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their supportive and collaborative team. The role involves providing high-quality care, building meaningful relationships with residents, and working in an environment that feels like a family.

Responsibilities

• Observing, reporting, and documenting patient condition
• Performing supportive, technical, and therapeutic nursing tasks
• Preparing, administering, and recording oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications

Requirements

• LPN I: Must remain at this level for a minimum of 6 months and advance to an LPN II within one year.
• LPN II: One (1) year experience or six (6) months experience at Bartlett Regional Hospital as an LPN I.
• LPN III: Three (3) years of current LPN experience.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license issued by the State of Alaska (current license must be maintained throughout term of employment).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from BRH approved behavioral emergency response and de-escalation training within three (3) months of hire.

Benefits
