About the role
Provide in-home nursing care with a focus on quality and patient comfort. Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans. Work with adult and pediatric patients across day, evening, or overnight shifts. Flexible scheduling options available.

Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Ohio
- Current BLS certification
- 1+ year of patient care experience preferred
