About the role

This is a full-time, on-site position paid on a per-visit basis. The estimated annual compensation range is $66,000–$81,000, with offers based on years of experience. On-call duties are required.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing visits according to the treatment as prescribed by the physician.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records and paperwork.

Requirements

• One year of clinical experience.
• One year of home health experience.
• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license in the state of agency operation.
• Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to all business locations.
