WOW Program Highlights
- Work 24 hours each weekend - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Get paid for 6 bonus hours → 30 paid hours weekly
- Earn $1.25/hour shift differential for evening/night weekend hours
- Option to add an extra 7.5-hour shift during the week

Available Shifts
- Day Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
- Evening Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
- Night Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.

Your Role as an LPN
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care
- Assess residents, administer medications, and document in our electronic care tracker
- Supervise CNAs and ensure care plans are followed
- Monitor dining activities and resident needs
- Support families, visitors, and physicians during rounds
Education & Experience
- Current PA LPN license
- CPR competency
- Continuing education aligned with state and federal regulations
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills
- Post-licensure experience preferred but not required
