About the role

Responsibilities

• Delivering home healthcare services in patients' homes
• Utilizing electronic documentation with provided tablets
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for optimal care
• Adapting to different shifts, including mornings and overnights

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license
• Current CPR certification (training assistance available)
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred: Six months of hands-on nursing experience
