About the role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Magnolia Wellness Center, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity while following physician orders and facility standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications & treatments
- Document and report changes in resident condition
- Absist with admissions, discharges, and care plans
- Collaborate with physicians & healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate records & follow facility procedures
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Nursing experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
