Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time

Role Overview We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. The role involves providing nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and patient education, monitoring and reporting patient condition changes, assisting with activities of daily living, and coordinating care with healthcare team members. Additional duties may be assigned based on facility needs.
