About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for pediatric and adult patients with a focus on diabetic management and low acuity conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms, noting physiologic and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Current TB test or chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
