Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time

About the role

Join us as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and be a vital part of our multidisciplinary treatment team. As an LPN, you will provide direct care to individuals with psychiatric, emotional, and substance use disorders, support families, and contribute to a safe therapeutic environment grounded in core principles. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and support team efforts.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with behavioral health and substance use challenges
• Support and advocate for patients and their families
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu
• Assist in de-escalation, crisis intervention, and restraint reduction

Qualifications and Skills

• Current LPN license in Massachusetts
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment
• Ability to establish therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
• Preferred experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient care

Pay

Compensation range: $30.57 - $44.99, based on experience.
