Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. Responsibilities include: providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting patient information, providing wound care and education, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with daily activities, and coordinating with healthcare teams. Qualifications: active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, and recent PPD test. Must meet physical requirements; no weight restrictions.
