Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Role Overview: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications, treatments, wound care, and patient education. Collaborate with healthcare team members to monitor and report patient conditions, assist with activities of daily living, and ensure comprehensive patient care based on facility needs.
