Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem shifts in Hampton Roads, VA. Responsibilities Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.Collect and document patient information, monitor and report changes in patient condition.Perform wound care, patient education, and assist with activities of daily living.Coordinate care with healthcare team members such as nurses and physicians.Perform additional duties based on facility needs. Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license and at least 1 year of facility-based experience.Current BLS/CPR certification and recent PPD testing.Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodation.
