Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. Responsibilities include: providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and education, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with activities of daily living, and coordinating with healthcare team members. Qualifications required: active LPN license, minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, recent PPD, and ability to meet physical demands of the role.
