About the role

We're hiring multiple Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Cypress Palms Assisted Living. Our goal is to provide exceptional resident care in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in applicable state
• One year of experience in nursing in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility

Qualifications

• Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions
• Deal tactfully with personnel, prospects, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
• Capable of working with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset people within the facility
• Communicate effectively in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, team members, prospects, residents, and families

Skills

• Knowledge of nursing practice standards and health care regulations governing the practice of professional nursing
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work with residents, family members, and healthcare providers

• Full Time Days: 6A-2P
• Full Time & Part Time Evenings: 2P-10P
• Part Time Overnights: 10P-6A
