About the role
We welcome both newly licensed and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate and supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Makes a difference in the daily lives of our residents.
- Achieves resident care goals.
- Assesses residents' needs.
- Develops individual care plans for patients.
- Serves as a role model for CNAs and other personnel.
- Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
- Follows state and federal rules and regulations governing the practices within the facility.
Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in practicing state.
- Ability to assess residents' needs.
- Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients.
- Supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
- Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations which govern the practices within the facility.

Hourly Rate is $37.97-53.58/hr DOE
